the Great Exodus

The Great Exodus left their home planet, Cybertron, difficult and dicey to survive throughout the Great War. That is what has forced other Transformers, even Optimus Prime and Megatron to lead most of their respective armies off-planet, though Ultra Magnus and Shockwave stayed behind to command what Transformers that remained.

History

Afterwards when Optimus became a Prime, he gathered his comrades and showed them the Ark under construction, and declared they would leave aboard it once Megatron was stopped.

During the evacuation, Air Raid had disabled the Energon bridge that fed Trypticon Station's power supply, however Shockwave reactivated it sometime later on when the Ark and Nemesis left into space and battleing each other.

It was legend the Rodimus Prime and his team have been traveling planet to plant, journing various parts of many galaxies, searching for other Transformers that maybe lost in space during the Great Exodus.
