Ultra Magnus, Wrecker Commander
Ultra Magnus (ウルトラ・マグナス, Urutora Magunasu) is the hammer-wielding commander of the Wreckers, and one of Optimus Prime's closest lieutenants. He's more than capable of whipping even the worst disarray into military discipline, though he can get rather hung-up on protocol. Regardless, he's rightly feared among the Decepticon ranks.

Ultra Magnus is legendary among Autobots and Decepticons alike. The mere sight of his armored form charging into battle is more than enough to inspire his troops to victory, and his strength as a warrior is more than enough to break any Decepticon army.
His known Cybertronian-based veichle mode is a Cybertronian truck.

Past[]
Ultra Magnus was Optimus Prime's second in command in the battles for Cybertron and was a member of the Elite Guard. Ultra Magnus was assigned to head the Wreckers unit by Optimus Prime during the early days of the war, in the hopes Magnus could instill some discipline into them. His appointment resulted in Wreckers like: Wheeljack and all the members of the Lightning Strike Coalition Force leaving the team. Before Optimus Prime and his band of chosen Autobots left for Earth aboard the Ark in response to the location of the AllSpark detected on the planet somewhere after the Great Exodus, he left Ultra Magnus in command of the remaining Autobot forces on Cybertron.
