Lockdown was hired to hunt down and destroy Autobots, and that's what he aims to do. Once he's accepted a contract, nothing short of total deactivation can stop him. His services don't come cheap, but he's the best there is at what he does. Lockdown has never lost a target, and he doesn't intend for this to be the first time. Once an Autobot whose staunch loyalty and devotion to duty were his reasons for functioning. The scars of his history represents his divorce from the Autobot cause.
It is unknown whether his veichle mode is Cybertronian-based or Earth-based veichle mode, but he indeed has the veichle mode of a Muscle Car.
