Vortex, Decepticon Interrogator
Vortex (ヴォルテックス, Borutēkusu) isn't much of a fighter. Instead, what Autobots fear is being caught in his magnetic grapples. Once they are in his clutches, Vortex will execute a series of terrifying maneuvers that leave his victims scared oilless, shortly before dropping them to the planet surface, shellshocked, to their deaths. When he combines along with the other Combaticons, he can form as the left arm of Bruticus Maximus.

Vortex is the interrogator of the Combaticons. Even his fellow Decepticons are disgusted by his advanced techniques for extracting information from prisoners. Vortex takes advantage of his flight mode by surveying the battlefield and blasting any Autobots who find their way into his weapon's scope.
His veichle mode is a Cybertronian Helicopter which can also configurate itself into a Cybertronian Jet when he needs some more speed. He has no Earth veichle mode, since he and the other Combaticons chose to stay behind, and continue the battles on Cybertron.

Weapons & Abilities[]
Vortex is armed in his vehicle mode with two machine guns and a single-shot thermo rocket launcher. The machine guns need to be spun up before firing at top speed, and the bullets travel slower than other weapons. His default weapon is a Neutron assault Rifle. Vortex's ability is Sonic Shockwave, which deals damage to and pushes away nearby enemies. An interesting fact is that although he is a helicopter, when he uses his boost in his vehicle mode, he converts into a type of jet, unlike other airplane transformers, who simply boost in the same/slightly different vehicle form.
